INVESTIGATION: Create a method to accurately and reproducibly (?) determine the maximum downward force that can be exerted on a roll of toilet paper WITHOUT breaking it; and then calculate/predict the resulting maximum resultant angular velocity of that TP Roll.

Then:

• Design a method to apply that force to the TP roll

• Precisely apply that force

• Measure the resulting angular velocity (how?)

• Compare your theoretical/calculated initial values with your resulting experimental/actual values and appropriately explain any discrepancies.
